Easy wet installation - step by step

Clean the surface thoroughly with the PianoCleaner and the included microfiber cloth to completely remove dirt, dust, and grease.
Spray the PianoSkin Installer generously onto the surface where the film is to be applied.
Remove the first protective layer of the film (marked with the red START sticker). Spray some installer gel onto the exposed film surface.
Carefully place the film on the moistened surface and align it precisely. The gel allows for easy adjustment.
If present, remove the included platforms to stabilize the underlying film. This step can be skipped if no platform is used.
Use a squeegee to press the film from the center outward to expel the gel. Be careful not to press too hard to avoid damaging the adhesive.
Remove the next protective layer of the film (START sticker) and repeat the process for all remaining film areas.
Carefully clean off any excess gel with the microfiber cloth and Piano Cleaner. Be careful not to remove the newly applied film.
Now let the film adhere completely - the adhesive needs about 12 to 24 hours to develop its full adhesive strength.

Was unterscheidet eine matte Folie von einer Keramikfolie?

Der Unterschied zwischen einer Keramikfolie und einer matten Folie betrifft hauptsächlich die visuellen Eigenschaften. Eine Keramikfolie schützt den Bildschirm vor Kratzern und ist durchsichtig, bewahrt die volle Berührungsempfindlichkeit, eliminiert jedoch keine Fingerabdrücke oder Reflexionen. Eine matte Folie hingegen schützt den Bildschirm ebenfalls vor Kratzern, besitzt jedoch eine satinierte Oberfläche, die Fingerabdrücke entfernt und Reflexionen reduziert, wodurch sie die Lesbarkeit in heller Umgebung verbessert, ohne dabei die Berührungsempfindlichkeit zu beeinträchtigen. Zusammenfassend bietet eine Keramikfolie einen grundlegenden Schutz, während eine matte Folie zusätzlich den Nutzungskomfort und die Ästhetik des Bildschirms erhöht.

Wie sieht die Montage einer Folie auf dem Bildschirm aus?

Die Montage der Folie ist einfach: Reinigen Sie zunächst gründlich den Bildschirm und entfernen Sie dann die mittlere Schutzschicht mit dem START-Aufkleber. Legen Sie die Folie an, passen Sie sie auf jeder Seite perfekt an und streichen Sie mit dem Finger über die Mitte der Folie. Während Sie einen Teil der Folie mit der Hand andrücken, ziehen Sie die nächste Schicht der START-Folie darunter ab. Anschließend drücken Sie den anderen Teil der Folie fest an und entfernen auch den restlichen Teil der START-Schicht. Zum Schluss ziehen Sie die FINISH-Schicht ab, indem Sie den Aufkleber greifen und die Schutzfolie parallel zum Bildschirm führen. Drücken Sie verbliebene Luft mit einer Rakel heraus. Wie erfolgt die Montage der PianoSkin-Folie auf piano-black-Elementen?

Die Nassmontage ist einfach. Reinigen Sie das gewünschte Innenelement gründlich mit dem PianoCleaner und einem Mikrofasertuch. Anschließend tragen Sie den PianoSkin Installer gleichmäßig auf die gesamte Oberfläche des Elements auf, auf dem die PianoSkin-Folie angebracht werden soll. Entfernen Sie mithilfe des START-Streifens alle Trägerschichten, die mit dem roten, runden Aufkleber gekennzeichnet sind. Verwenden Sie erneut den PianoSkin Installer und sprühen Sie ihn auf den freigelegten Teil der Folie. Legen Sie die Folie vorsichtig auf das Element – das verwendete Gel ermöglicht eine präzise Positionierung. Falls die Folie Stabilitätsbrücken aufweist, nehmen Sie diese vorsichtig ab, damit die zuvor ausgerichtete Folie nicht verformt wird. Ist die Folie ohne Stabilitätsbrücken, überspringen Sie diesen Schritt. Nun nehmen Sie eine Rakel und schieben das überschüssige Gel in einer gleichmäßigen Bewegung von der Mitte nach außen heraus; achten Sie darauf, nicht zu fest zu drücken, um den Kleber nicht zu beschädigen. Entfernen Sie die nächste Trägerschicht und wiederholen Sie die Schritte ab Punkt 4. Reinigen Sie das beklebte Teil vorsichtig, indem Sie überschüssigen Kleber mit einem Tuch und PianoCleaner entfernen, ohne dabei die frisch angebrachte Folie abzulösen. Für das endgültige Ergebnis sollten Sie 12 bis 24 Stunden warten, da die Klebeschicht in diesem Zeitraum vollständig entspannt, abhängig von den jeweiligen Umgebungsbedingungen.
